Which utilities can you help with?
We cover all your utility connection requirements - water, sewerage, electricity, gas and fibre/telecoms. We are confident that we can find you the best deal from our installation specialists who are industry accredited (WIRS, NERS, GIRS and MURS).
What services do you offer?
Our core service is to run a competitive process to source you the best deal for the installation of your utility connections. To do this we share the utility design and cost estimate you received from your electricity (e.g. UKPN), gas (e.g. Cadent), or water (e.g. Thames Water) utility company with our panel of specialists. We can also offer additional services as required to help achieve this goal.
When is the right time to contact?
We can help you at any stage up to the point in which you have entered into a formal agreement with the local utility company or independent provider for the installation of your connections.
What information do I need to provide?
This depends on where you are in the process. If you have already applied to the local utility company for your new connection(s), we will need to get the Cost Advice and the designs produced.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Installation specialists usually express interest in a job within 72 hours and provide a quote within 14 days, which includes the time for clarifying any questions they may have.
Do I have to wait for all quotes to be received?
Not at all. We will communicate incoming quotes as they come in, and you can make a decision at any time.
What is the cost of your service?
Our core service is free of charge for property developers. We do not charge for our time, the quotes you receive from us is the amount you will pay. Additional services such as arranging site surveys and traffic management assessments may be subject to a fee.
